Rules & Regulations
Parwaz Placement holds all employees to a high standard of conduct while on the job. Any violation of the following rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination:
- Providing false information or falsifying employment/production records will result in immediate dismissal.
- Possession or use of alcohol or narcotics on the premises of Parwaz Placement or any of our clients is strictly prohibited.
- Physical assault, engaging in fights, or any behavior that endangers individuals or property is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized removal or use of company or client property, or property of other employees, is prohibited.
- Negligent or improper use of property, or failure to follow safety rules or report accidents, is prohibited.
- Threatening or intimidating behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Continuous inefficiency, failure to follow instructions, or violation of safety rules may result in disciplinary action.
- Possession of firearms, explosives, or dangerous weapons is prohibited.
- Failure to report to work or leaving workstations without permission during scheduled work hours is prohibited.
